Suggestion: My suggestion is to update your website daily as to what items are in stock and be available to your customers in the phone with questions if you need to substitute something. I feel that if substitutions have to occur, you should overcompensate for the error and do as good as a job as possible.

Dinda -- Feedback: In overall, the flowers were alright. Too bad they have to change the entire flowers arrangement because of no stock. Although the replacement is made in accordance to the colour tone I requested, however, the shop didn't send me the photos of the final flowers they chose. When it was sent, the colour arrangement of the bouquet was super strange. Luckily the receiver was happy and made no complaints about it. Though, this could be improved in the future.

Suggestion: Rather than telling that the stock of the flowers aren't available, the shop could perhaps indicates in which month(s) such arrangement is possible. This will avoid changing the entire flower choices and end up with weird arrangement. Secondly, for order made from abroad like mine, sending which flowers will be used for the final arrangement will be better for buyer's consideration. This way, the buyer will know and confirm if they're okay with the replacement flowers.
